Mime
The Anointed Expressions of Praise Mime Ministry is a powerful, demonstrative facet of the Worship Ministry whose purpose is to minister healing and deliverance to people’s hearts through creative expressions of dramatized pantomime. The ministry is designed to minister to, train, and activate members to effectively reach the lost, heal the sick, and reach out to the wounded and broken-hearted through the ministry of pantomime.
This ministry exhibits a powerful demonstration of how drama meets dance to usher the people into the awesome presence of God. Anointed Expressions of Praise comprises three phases of transition: 1.) introduction to the pantomime/dance ministry (10-week Class of Excellence), 2.) dramatic technique and artistic expression, 3.) advanced pantomime development, including becoming a teacher of the ministry of pantomime.
Anointed Expressions of Praise Mime Ministry is open to adults (male and female), ages 18 and older. In order to join the ministry, one must attend the Class of Excellence, which is held on Friday evenings from 7-8:30 p.m. for 10 consecutive weeks.
