• Retirement Account – Most recent two months (Stocks, Bonds, 401k, 403b, TSP, IRA, Roth…etc.)

 

Self-Employed

• Personal Tax Returns – Signed Federal Tax Returns for past 2 years

 

2021 and 2022

• Business Tax Returns – Signed Business Tax Returns for past 2 years
• Bank Statement – Recent two months (Account with money to be use for home purchase)

 

Other Income

• Social Security Statement - Most recent 30 days
• Pension Statement – Most recent 30 days
• Child Support – Court Order
• Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher
